BIG CHANGE

It seemed like things will go smoothly but it is not. My parents got trouble with Chinese buyers when they squeezed hair price too low. The price was not deserved with our effort and the main things is it was not deserved with real value of Vietnamese hair.

As a son, I felt bad when couldn’t help my parents anything. Then suddenly I remembered that one of my African friend once told me when he came to my house “Vietnamese hair is beautiful, I’m sure that my wife will love it when she see it”. I thought that foreigner like Vietnamese hair, why we are not selling that directly to them?

All things start with an idea! With my parents’s collecting network built, we only needed to know how to increase the value of the hair and develop distribution channels.

FIRST STEP

With knowledge and experience collected from working for foreign company, in 2013, we founded VIETNAM REMY HAIR CO.,LTD.

We focused on building online network because we known that it is the future trend. We also using traditional methods by introducing product to foreign friend. And the most important thing was using latest technology to keep the original quality and more useful for customers.

Everything was difficult at first, but nothing can’t change our mind that we can bring the beauty of Vietnamese hair to the world.

BUILDING SYSTEM

We known that the most important thing when doing hair business is controlling the quality of hair. We built the system from collecting hair to shipping hair to satisfy customers all around the world.

Collecting hair

If you are a buyer, I’m sure you will wonder about source of the hair that you are using. Not like other suppliers, we have collectors at every province in Vietnam. They will go to donor’s place to cut hair by themself to make sure hair collected was virgin remy hair. All hair was collected from one donor, no tangle, perfect for dyeing or bleaching. Production

We used latest technology and high-skilled workers (with at least 3 years of experience) to make hair extensions, lace closure, lace frontal,...All steps of production must keep hair as its original quality. We didn’t use any chemical that can process to the structure of hair, so the hair is very strong, can be used from 2-3 years.

Shipping

To send hair to customers all around the world, we used top express service companies like UPS, DHL, FEDex,..We also could use cargo companies if customer request. Time for shipping will depend on shipping address but always less than 7 days. We also can low invoice value to help customer pay less tax when doing customs declaration.

Payment

We support a lot of kind of payment like Western Union, Moneygram, Ria, Bank transfer, World Remit, Paypal,...as long as it is safe and easy for customer to order.

BRANDING VIETNAMESE HAIR

After 3 years of doing hair business, we had customers using Vietnamese hair in near 150 countries, with average quantity ordered every month over 700kg (near 1.5 ton in high demand seasons). Customers loved Vietnamese hair because of its original quality and supporting service. We got a lot of feedback and review from customer and we watched it all, every single word from customers to make Vietnamese hair product better and better day by day.
