Do you think they are stress because of lacking social skills so the suffer stress during interaction: even in families, school, and society? So they do not have a chance to learn, to grow and gain the vital skills. We are not alone the victims. Even millions people and therapist has cheated also. And to some extent, one not only the victims but also the creators.
Can you detect this gen at birth? When can you see it? Does genes changes as brain changes. Genes and is nothing except it contain information. So do genes keep the vital information to survive in life????

With normal development, 2-3 months old children have the responses, interested, pay attention to the talking and smile back, shaking hands and body when parents talk directly to them. Do this regularly, you if you see the signs of not paying attention or indifference: the early signs of stress, over time children, may get more severe problems in the brain and mental problems. Observe the pattern of sleeping, eating, crying, and emotion to realize early signs since 1-2-3 months old to have an early simple intervention.

One question: is gen first that we can predict 100% or genes is just a symptom. Symptoms in body call health mentally called cognitive, society called behaviors. And brain called brain problems. And now they find symptoms in Genes.

It is art to feel, it can not be calculated: If art of life can be calculated in equation, then put in machine: AI robots will replace all of us. Let kids connect to nature: shapeless, soundless, ...: water, flower, sand, animals, fish.. spend little time to machine and smart toys ( Cutting connection are may be forget by science: WE ARE HUMAN BEING IN INTERDEPENDENT WORLD)

THINK OUT OF BOX
The defect in genes causes Down syndrome and now is Autism. But why Down is simply explained with symptoms and autism have to use the rainbow to explain its varieties?
Why do autistic kids not understand fable and Aesop stories? Which philosophy can explain how genes make them poor in EQ, and cognitive thinking?

Language is a vital skill: with connect variation of sound to specific meaning, it is not easy at all, but it takes times and supports to gain it; it is skilled as others skills that they lack: it is not because of genes cause learning. RIGHT?

REDEFINE OF STRESS
The right definition of stress: human beings have basic human needs described by Abraham Maslow. Anything threatens of satisfying these needs will lead to Fight and Flight responses. IF people cannot change the situation, threaten, they will be the victims of STRESS AND STRESS HORMONES.

We hunger for this: Real needs of human being and real lack of modern people:
1. Unconditional love.
2. Connection: people, animal, diversified nature, understanding with parents.
3. Unstressed environment: happy, warm, cheering; then make them have the feeling of safety, certainty to work, try, play, do and fail... they have more skill and abilities to deal with the needed problems, the challenge in life.

4. Ability to deal with fact of life

Can you detect this gen at birth? When can you see it? Does genes changes as brain changes. Genes and is nothing except it contain information. So do genes keep the vital information to survive in life????

They rarely joy
It is said by genes
So they accept it as gifts
Or nobles term, not diseases
Even they take more expensive medication than other illness.
Challenging ideas to think out of the box have written.

Just check: it is social skills, EQ, which can be tested official EQ for kids and their family! They do not understand Aesop fables. Leaders have good EQ.

So it is skilled. As a trainer: "skills can be learned as other skills: speaking English, Vietnamese, Chinese: they do not speak well their native language. Think of you: you are not born with your native language. You are not born with driving, reading, swimming, managing, singing, dancing, calculating.. it is compound, maybe ~¤10.000 hrs, now you do it as your instinct.

At home, you can sit cross legs on flat, on a small cushion under the bottom to avoid falling backward or sitting on the coach; where you can have enough quiet and uninterrupted time. Practice daily five to ten minutes in a quiet place. Straighten your body like a feeling of direct force pulls from the head to make upright; then let the body relax in a straight position. Practice some of these exercises of observing. There are people practice meditation for the first time, a lot of thoughts jump out and disappear. It is normal because this is a normal function of the mind. Do not worry, just identifying and naming the thoughts of past, future, positive, negative, nonsense, selfish. After recognizing and naming, thought cannot be self-sustaining, thoughts only sustain when we let ourselves breed and chase the thoughts. Just recognize and name the thoughts then come back to the observing. Practice each of these exercises from five to ten minutes. Whenever you want to stay focus, you can practice observing one of the following exercises.

Exercise 1: Observe the relaxation of whole the body.Stop the thinking process; observing the comfort, relaxation, and lightness of the body. Just breathing in and breathing out with the observing. Practice for at least three to five minutes.
