🌸 Giving birth in a foreign country—especially in a complicated case—made Ms. Yuko extremely anxious. She worried about the doctors’ expertise, the quality of care in Vietnam, and struggled with language barriers, cultural differences, and the stress of being far from home. ⭐️ BIRTH PREPARATION PROGRAMME – JANUARY - FEBRUARY 2026
FV Hospital offers a comprehensive birth preparation programme to prepare you for your journey towards motherhood.
Our team to assist you consist of an anaesthetist, a nutritionist, midwives, a physiotherapist and a psychologist and they will provide you essential information and guidance.
The entire programme includes 5 sessions covering different periods of pregnancy, and our aim is to give you the best experience possible.
- Our classes are held on the 5th floor, F Building – Room 541, Maternity Ward.
- We encourage you to commence the classes as early as 14 weeks of pregnancy.
- We suggest you complete all the 5 sessions.
- Please wear comfortable clothes.

🎄 FESTIVE JOY AT THE FV CHRISTMAS FAIR & WORKSHOPS 🎅✨

The atmosphere at FV today was truly joyful and lively! The Christmas Fair and workshop series have just come to a close, leaving behind bright smiles and countless meaningful gifts taken home.

🌟 More than just an event, this was a space for sharing and connection among patients, their families, and hundreds of FV staff members. The fair also carried a special mission—to spread hope and the joyful spirit of the festive season to patients who are visiting and receiving treatment at the hospital.

💖 Nearly 30 booths brought a wonderful variety of products, each reflecting the unique creativity and personality of FV staff. In addition, hundreds of visitors joined the workshops, handcrafting Christmas ornaments and Christmas trees—beautiful decorations that also carried wishes of peace and served as heartfelt gifts of encouragement from FV to everyone.

To mark the Christmas season, FV Hospital, in collaboration with Cong D**g Bau, successfully hosted “Christmas Wishes for Your Baby”, a dedicated programme for expectant mothers and their families. The event created a calm and welcoming space where mothers could connect with their babies and feel supported as they prepared for the journey into motherhood with confidence and peace of mind.

Throughout the programme, expectant mothers took part in a range of gentle and meaningful activities, including prenatal education, relaxing massage sessions, and discussions on numerology and baby naming, offering an opportunity to express their earliest hopes and wishes for their children.

At the conclusion of the event, participants joined a guided tour of FV Thomson Maternity, where they explored birthing facilities, outpatient consultation areas, and dedicated mother-and-baby amenities. This tour offered families deeper insight into FV’s medical environment, services, and comprehensive approach to supporting a safe and comfortable childbirth journey.

🥰 “FV BABIES DAY” – TWO DECADES OF LOVE AND TRUST!

On December 13, FV Hospital successfully hosted FV Baby Day in a warm and emotional atmosphere. The event marked a proud milestone: over 10,000 babies have been born at FV over the past 22 years.

At the same time, FV officially unveiled the new identity of the FV Thomson Maternity - from refreshed branding and uniforms to upgraded prenatal, perinatal, and postnatal care processes, along with enhanced support services. This transformation is the result of a comprehensive collaboration with Thomson Medical Group (Singapore), one of Asia’s leading mother-and-child healthcare networks.

In his opening remarks, Dr. Jean-Marcel Guillon, CEO of FV Hospital, affirmed that the FV Thomson Maternity has been elevated to a new level, focusing on a comprehensive, safe, and internationally standardized maternity care model, with special attention to the mental well-being of families.
