🌿 How to Practice Natarājāsana with Ease 🌿

Natarājāsana is not about forcing the body —
it is about finding balance through awareness.

✨ Step into the posture with patience and breath.

1️⃣ Begin in Tādāsana (Mountain Pose)
Stand tall, feet grounded, spine long, breath calm.
Feel the earth supporting you.

2️⃣ Shift your weight gently
Bring awareness to your standing leg.
Engage the thigh and feel stability rising from the ground.

3️⃣ Bend the opposite knee
Hold the ankle or foot softly — no pulling.
Let the movement come from the heart, not the ego.

4️⃣ Extend the free arm forward or upward
This helps create balance and direction.
Keep the chest open and shoulders relaxed.

5️⃣ Lift, don’t force
As you inhale, gently lift the back leg by opening the chest,
not by compressing the lower back.

6️⃣ Fix your gaze (Drishti)
Choose a steady point in front of you.
Balance comes when the mind becomes still.

7️⃣ Breathe and stay present
Hold for 3–5 slow breaths.
Feel grace, not struggle.

8️⃣ Release with awareness
Slowly return to Tādāsana and change sides.
