Hi, I’m Thu Phuong – now a Medical Representative, proudly starting my journey with the ZP Internship Program 2024. It all began with curiosity, and turned into a career I’m passionate about.

Joining the ZP Internship as a fresh graduate, I gained a whole new perspective on the pharmaceutical market and was equipped with the core skills of a Medical Representative. Field experiences helped me understand what it takes to succeed in the role and laid a strong foundation for my journey today.

Throughout the program, I learned that being proactive, eager to grow, and expressing myself opened doors to valuable mentorship and recognition. This mindset has helped me demonstrate my competencies as well as my potential to grow into a qualified Medical Representative.

With the journey from fresh graduate to intern to full-time employee, the ZP Internship Program marked the very first strokes on my career canvas — helping me understand myself better and confidently step into my path as a part of Zuellig Pharma Commercialization.
