The patient underwent abdominal liposuction combined with abdominoplasty and breast augmentation with Mentor implants via the transaxillary approach.
At the 1-month follow-up, the recovery outcome is excellent. The surgical scar is well healed, flat, and faint, blending naturally with the surrounding skin. The abdomen appears firm and well-contoured, resembling the physique of a physically active individual. The breasts present a round, natural shape with a moderate volume, well balanced with the overall body proportions
