Our Story
13 years ago, I started Yoga with a few friends and soon gave up after 3 days of practice. 4 years later, I gave myself a second chance with Yoga, feeling more motivated than ever with its benefits for life, and we were inseparable since then.
For the past 9 years, Yoga was the guidance that lead me back to my inner self, my inner peace and harmony that was buried and forgotten deep within. I never thought I would ever become an instructor of anything, but somehow I found myself starting to find confidence and happiness in the act of teaching Yoga, which later I prefer to think of it as sharing. It is indescribable to share and inspire others to take a chance at having a happy life from a healthy body and a harmonious mind. There is no better reason than that for me to keep learning, practicing and to get-up-and-go collecting more knowledge and experience from the world out there.
I picked up on massage 2 years ago while I was practicing Ashtanga in Mysore, India. I took a short course of Ayurvedic massage and felt an immediate fit for it. Then a year later, I went to Chiangmai, Thailand, to participate in a Thai Massage Teacher Training at TMC. With Yoga, to obtain a healthy body and mind, I give and receive energy indirectly. With massage, I give and receive energy through a direct communication between giver and receiver, helping others to feel better in a different way, and I love this way no less than Yoga practice. There is too much bustle and hassle in everyday’s life, I am very fortunate to be able to balance myself and inspire others to share and feel the same as many ways as I can.
