Dear friends,

As many of you know, The Yoga Nest studio has closed.

The room will be turned into a library for the children, and I'll be away on an adventure, so it's a win-win!

I will miss the sacred space we created there together... from Anne bringing it to life, to teaching my first yoga class, to all the beautiful souls who came and shared the practice. And let's not forget about those spring rolls afterward. 😛

Anne is now teaching gorgeous retreats around the world, so follow 'The Yoga Nest Retreats' to keep up with her!

If you're looking for other yoga and meditation options nearby, try the Yoga Sivananda Vedanta Center, Yoga Living, or a lovely studio at the back of Kafka Cafe.

Tonight is our last class before Tết! Shoot us a message if you'd like to join Kundalini from 5:15-6:45pm.

The Nest will be closed for two weeks, and classes will resume on Tuesday, February 27th. See you next year :D

Yesterday was a treat at the kundalini workshop! Dedicated teacher Tonie Nooyens led us through a powerful combination of deep breathing, gentle exercise, meditation, and sound healing. Thanks to everyone who came and shared the experience.

Hello dear ones,

We're very happy to share the good news that our lovely yogi friend, Mel, will begin teaching the Saturday morning class at 10:30am!

Mel completed her Yoga Teacher Training with a focus on alignment in Thailand. Her class will incorporate gentle hatha yoga and a touch of Iyengar alignment.

She knows how easy it is to get caught up in the rush of hectic city life, and she finds mindfulness, body awareness and relaxation can serve as a good counter balance. She wants people to feel completely in touch with themselves again after class. Because nothing feels better than a good ‘after yoga high’ 🙂
