Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental issues are journeys that demand the right support and strategies. Three key pillars make a massive difference in outcomes:

Early Detection: Recognizing the earliest signs—in communication, social interaction, and behavior—is the most critical first step. It opens the door to timely action.

Early Intervention: Starting specialized intervention programs immediately upon diagnosis (or even suspicion) maximizes the "golden window" of brain development in young children. This significantly improves skills acquisition and long-term results.

Multidisciplinary Approach: No single solution fits all. The collaboration among various specialists—doctors, psychologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, special educators, etc.—creates a holistic, individualized plan to support every facet of a child's development.

Vietnam is facing an alarming increase in dengue cases in major cities.

In Vietnam, health authorities are working to contain the dengue epidemic as cases rise sharply in major cities and complications increase among children.

Dengue is on the rise in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, with new outbreaks and an increasing number of severe cases, posing a serious challenge to the Vietnamese healthcare system.

Situation in Ho Chi Minh City:
The situation is even more severe in Ho Chi Minh City, with over 2,500 new dengue cases in one week. During week 33 (August 11 to 17), the city recorded 2,517 new dengue cases, a 38% increase from the previous four-week average. As of 2025, the city has reported 25,578 dengue cases. High-incidence areas include Thoi Hoa, Cu Chi, and Tan Hiep.

Even more concerning, many patients are being hospitalized late, some in a serious condition, and others are misdiagnosed with respiratory or digestive illnesses, leading to dangerous treatment delays.

Dengue in Children
Hospitals are also reporting severe cases in children. Parents are strongly advised to take their children to the hospital immediately at the onset of symptoms consistent with dengue. Experts emphasize that young children are at higher risk because their symptoms can resemble those of a cold, diarrhea, or hand-foot-and-mouth disease, which often leads to misdiagnosis. Early evaluation by pediatricians is crucial when unusual symptoms persist.

QDENGA Vaccine
Vietnam is also deploying the QDENGA dengue vaccine, which protects against all four virus types..

Le Viet Nam fait face a une hausse alarmante des cas de dengue dans les grandes villes.

Au Viêt Nam, les autorités sanitaires s'efforcent de contenir l'épidémie de dengue, alors que les cas augmentent fortement dans les grandes villes et que les complications se multiplient chez les enfants.

La dengue est en hausse à Hanoï et à Hô-Chi-Minh-Ville, avec l'apparition de nouveaux foyers et la déclaration de cas de plus en plus graves, ce qui représente un sérieux défi pour le système de santé vietnamien.

Situation à Hô-Chi-Minh-Ville :
La situation est encore plus grave à Hô-Chi-Minh-Ville avec plus de 2 500 nouveaux cas de dengue en une semaine. Au cours de la semaine 33 (du 11 au 17 août), la ville a enregistré 2 517 nouveaux cas de dengue, soit une augmentation de 38 % par rapport à la moyenne des quatre semaines précédentes. À ce jour, en 2025, la ville a signalé 25 578 cas de dengue. Les zones à forte incidence sont celles de Thoi Hoa, Cu Chi et Tan Hiep.

Plus inquiétant encore, de nombreux patients sont hospitalisés tardivement, certains dans un état grave, et d'autres reçoivent un diagnostic erroné de maladies respiratoires ou digestives, ce qui entraîne des retards de traitement dangereux.

De plus, les hôpitaux signalent des cas graves chez des enfants. Il est vivement conseillé aux parents d'emmener leurs enfants à l'hôpital immédiatement dès l'apparition de symptômes compatibles avec la dengue. Les experts soulignent que les jeunes enfants sont plus à risque, car leurs symptômes peuvent ressembler à ceux d'un rhume, d'une diarrhée ou du syndrome pieds-mains-bouche, ce qui entraîne de fréquents diagnostics erronés. Une évaluation précoce par des pédiatres est cruciale lorsque des symptômes inhabituels persistent.

Le Vietnam déploie également le vaccin QDENGA contre la dengue, qui protège contre les quatre types de virus.
