One might say in losing your head it’s indeed there you find yourself. teaches us that we can empty the mind in silence and detach from al its workings. Others tell us to just sit and simply be. It all sounds so easy. Maybe not easy, but simple. Others say that we cannot lose something we didn’t have this our empty state isn’t ours but rests there awaiting us. Whatever it all actually is no one has been able to share because evidently it’s a space beyond the reach of words or descriptions.
This is precisely why we arrange silence at the end of our classes and nothing more. Just silence. To sit, and simply be.
