Some evenings are meant for slowing down.
On this special Wellness Night, two beautiful healing modalities come together to guide you into deep rest — gentle restorative yoga and subtle energy healing.

Rosanne, founder of Mandala Wellness, has been practicing and teaching yoga for more than 30 years. Since arriving in Vietnam in 1996, she has dedicated her work to helping people reconnect with balance, mindfulness, and a healthier way of living.

Elsa, Reiki practitioner at Mandala, offers intuitive energy healing sessions designed to release emotional and energetic blockages, helping the body return to its natural state of calm and harmony.

Together, they create a deeply nourishing experience where:
• Restorative yoga gently releases physical tension
• Reiki supports energetic balance and emotional reset
• Your nervous system can finally soften and rest

THE SEVEN CAKRA-S
Exploring the Energy Centres

In the classical yogic view, the human being is more than the physical body. Beneath it lies a subtle system of energy that influences our health, emotions, and inner life. At the heart of this system are the seven Cakra-s — major energy centres connected through subtle channels (Nāḍi-s).

Each Cakra is linked not only to physiological functions, but also to emotional patterns and psychological states. When imbalance arises in one layer, it is often reflected in another. This understanding formed the foundation of many yogic practices developed to restore harmony within the whole system.

This three-day immersive seminar offers a structured and experiential exploration of the Seven Cakra-s. Through lecture, guided practice, and self-observation, participants are invited to develop a clear and embodied understanding of how the Cakra-s function — and how yogic tools can be applied with precision and intention.

WITH DR. KAUSTHUB DESIKACHAR, PhD (Viniyoga®)
Dr. Kausthub Desikachar comes from a living lineage of Yoga, descending from T. Krishnamacharya, widely regarded as the father of modern Yoga. Raised within this tradition, his teaching reflects both scholarly depth and experiential wisdom.

With over two decades of teaching internationally, Dr. Kausthub is respected for his clarity, integrity, and ability to convey classical yogic knowledge in a way that remains relevant to contemporary life.

To make it easier for more of you to join, both classes have been moved to a slightly later time in the morning. Whether you’re looking to strengthen your core or enjoy a flowing full-body workout, these sessions are designed to leave you feeling stronger, more balanced, and energized.

POSTNATAL YOGA with BABY

Class Description
Rediscover your strength and find a moment of calm in this 45-minute flow designed specifically for the postnatal journey. This class focuses on rebuilding functional strength in the areas that need it most: the core and pelvic floor, the lower back, and the arms and shoulders fatigued from lifting and carrying.

We move with intention, blending strengthening sequences with targeted stretching to release tension in the upper body. To balance the work, the session concludes with soothing breathwork and restful poses to help regulate your nervous system and provide a much-needed mental reset.

Baby & Me Friendly
Babies Welcome: This is a relaxed environment where babies are part of the process. Non-walking babies are ideal for this setting.

Sling/Carrier Use: You are encouraged to bring a baby sling or carrier. Many of our standing strength poses can be done while wearing your baby, allowing you to build strength while keeping them close.

Go at Your Pace: Whether you need to stop to soothe, feed, or change your little one, this space is 100% judgment-free.
