As most of you already know, my Vietnamese adventure has come to an end. I wanted to thank you all for trusting me and for making me grow up. My time in Vietnam was a wonderful experience and it's with emotion that I'm starting a new chapter in my life back in France.

Sitting for a long time each day can create some imbalance around the neck and shoulder area.

Over time, shoulders tend to sink in and forward, the head moves forward, the upper back curve increases and the back muscles stretch.

This sedentary behavior combined with other imbalances (TMJ disorders, digestive issues, difficulties to breath, scar tissues...) can play an important part in neck, shoulder and upper back pain.

To prevent this type of muscular strain, try to move every hour and keep a regular physical activity.
