The past few weeks have been full of exciting learning and updates.

🦿 First, in Belgium, I attended the “Orthèse et impression 3D” congress, where I deepened my expertise in new 3D technologies for designing and printing custom orthotics.
It was a great opportunity to exchange with other professionals and bring the latest technological innovations directly into my clinical work.

🦵 Then, in Perpignan, I completed advanced training on the GMC method, a comprehensive and functional approach to foot assessment.
This method helps detect muscle imbalances, joint stiffness, and compensations that often cause pain or postural issues.

Nails are often cut in a rounded, non-physiological way, which almost always causes the ingrown toenail to return a few days or weeks later.
