Axel Health Group (AHG) Việt Nam và CPG International Pte. Ltd., tập đoàn chuyên về các giải pháp hạ tầng và xây dựng tích hợp, có trụ sở tại Singapore, vừa chính thức ký kết Biên bản ghi nhớ hợp tác (MOU) nhằm thúc đẩy các sáng kiến phát triển y tế và những dự án y tế có tiềm năng nhân rộng trong khu vực.

Sự hợp tác này kết hợp thế mạnh về hiểu biết thị trường, kinh nghiệm vận hành và quản lý y tế, cùng mạng lưới đối tác sâu rộng của AHG với năng lực chuyên môn quốc tế của CPG International trong quy hoạch, thiết kế và phát triển hạ tầng y tế. Qua đó, hai bên cùng hướng tới xây dựng các mô hình y tế bền vững, có khả năng mở rộng và sẵn sàng cho tương lai, phù hợp với các tiêu chuẩn quốc tế.

Chia sẻ về hợp tác này, ThS.BS. Dilshaad Ali Bin Abas Ali – Tổng Giám đốc Axel Health Group cho biết: “Chúng tôi sẽ tập trung tìm kiếm và định hướng các cơ hội phát triển y tế phù hợp với nhu cầu thực tế của thị trường. Bên cạnh đó, AHG sẽ đóng góp kinh nghiệm vận hành, chuyên môn tài chính, lâm sàng và pháp lý, nhằm hỗ trợ kết nối các bên liên quan và cùng phát triển những dự án y tế mang lại giá trị lâu dài cho cộng đồng.”

The collaboration brings together AHG’s market insight, healthcare operations and management expertise, and stakeholder network with CPG International’s regional and global capabilities in healthcare planning, design, and infrastructure development, supporting the advancement of sustainable, scalable, and future-ready healthcare initiatives aligned with international standards.

We’re excited to announce that Mr. Asghar Khan, MBA, AMA has joined Axel Health Group as our Chief Investment Officer.

Mr. Asghar Khan brings a wealth of experience from senior leadership roles across global blue-chip companies in North America and Asia, spanning private equity, healthcare, consumer goods, telecom, and manufacturing.

His previous roles include CFO & Head of M&A (Asia Pacific) at Intertek PLC, Group CFO and Head of M&A at Clermont Group, and Regional Head of Strategy at PepsiCo Inc., where he led M&A and finance strategy across 18 businesses in 14 countries.

He has also served on multiple boards across Asia Pacific and Canada, and holds degrees from Albright College, the University of Pennsylvania (MBA), and the University of Delaware, along with membership in CIMA Australia.
