[Day 5 Challenge] – WHAT'S THE BEST TIME TO SLEEP FOR GOOD HEALTH?

Sleep isn’t just about closing your eyes and waking up!

Sleeping at the right time and getting enough sleep is the real secret to recovery, stress reduction, fat loss, and better workouts. So… what’s the best time to go to bed?

Golden sleep time:
⏰ Between 10 PM and 11 PM.
Why? Because from 11 PM to 2 AM, your body produces the highest amount of recovery hormones, especially melatonin and growth hormone (GH) – super important for fat loss and muscle building!

So remember:

Sleeping after midnight = higher belly fat, bad skin, slow recovery.
Enough sleep but wrong timing = still tired, low energy.
Quick tips for better sleep:

Turn off screens at least 30 minutes before bed.
Avoid caffeine after 3 PM.
