My dear ones, are you feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or like you’ve lost touch with yourself?

I’m Rebecca, a Somatic Wellness Coach here in Hoi An, and I offer a safe and nurturing space for you to come back to your body, your breath, and your power.

Through a gentle blend of somatic practices; mindful movement, yoga, breathwork, mantra and meditation. I guide women on a journey of reconnection and healing.

My approach is especially supportive for those experiencing PTSD, anxiety, depression, perimenopause, or simply the exhaustion that comes from always putting others first.

About Me:

I’ve walked this path myself, through trauma, depression, and the transitions of midlife. I’ve seen firsthand how powerful these somatic practices can be, not just for me, but for the many women I’ve supported over the years.

Time and again, I’ve witnessed how reconnecting with the body and breath brings profound healing, relief from stress and anxiety, and a return to joy, fulfillment and peace.

With over 15 years of experience in the wellness industry, I’m here to hold space for you with compassion, knowledge, and care.

Do you yearn for internal peace, serenity, joy?

quiet, steady peace—waiting to be embraced. Let’s explore the gentle signs that your soul may be calling for more stillness and care.

1. You Feel Constantly Stressed or Overwhelmed

If the weight of the world feels heavy on your shoulders, if your days feel rushed and your mind never rests, your heart may be asking for a pause.

In yoga, we learn that balance comes not from pushing harder, but from softening, surrendering, and allowing ourselves to breathe.

If small frustrations feel bigger than they should, if your heart tightens when things don’t go as planned… Sweet soul, this is not a fault, it is a sign that you need more space to rest and nurture yourself.

When we slow down and listen, we learn to respond with love instead of react from exhaustion.

If your thoughts feel like an endless stream, jumping between worries, to-do lists, and what-ifs, it’s time to find stillness. Peace is not something we chase, it is something we return to.

Even in beautiful moments, does something feel missing? It’s okay. Sometimes, our hearts become clouded with distractions, making it hard to feel life’s simple joys. But joy is always within reach. It’s in the warmth of the sun, the rhythm of your breath, the softness of your heartbeat. When we slow down, we can feel it again.

Inhale deeply… feel the present moment welcoming you back. You are safe here.

This simple and easy inversión can be practiced at anytime in the day when you have 5 mins to relax.

You can place a pillow under your sit bones to relieve lower back pain, and also resting your legs against a wall adds extra comfort.

Just 5 minutes a day will reduce inflammation and increase circulation, as well as being deeply relaxing.

Rest is just as important as being active. Our bodies and minds need time to rest, to breathe, to let go and release.

Restorative Yoga is a slow and deep release practice which can relieve symptoms of; stress, anxiety, depression, and can majorly improve your sleep and your overall well being.
