Join us for a day of family constellation work, a therapeutic approach developed by Bert Hellinger.
This workshop explores family dynamics related to personal issues through group exercises. Other then the name might expect: you dont have to bring any family members. They will be provided for you.
What to expect:
โขโ โ Short meditation and personal introduction of each participant.
โขโ โ Introductory family constellation exercises
โขโ โ 2-4 full family constellations depending on demand.
The workshop is suitable for both newcomers and those with prior experience. Participants can choose to bring their own topics (950k) or act as representatives in others constellations (350k)
From the facilitator, Rutger: I have over 5 years of experience with family constellations including a training on how to guide constellations. I have joined an intensive therapy myself during family constellation workshop days for about ten years and I developed a theory about the subconscious surviving instinct on which I am writing a book and creating an awareness program consisting out of different coaching and therapy sessions.
The constellation workshop will take place in a indoor ac safe space with lots of light and the possibility to jump in a big pool afterwards to wash away any energies you might still carry with you and want to leave here or simply to refresh!
