Our story

We are so proud and excited to be Vietnams first Bikram Yoga studio. Over the past 14 years I have been lucky enough to teach and help share the worlds most popular yoga practice.

From New Zealand and Australia to the US and Canada as well as most recently throughout Europe, I have taught Bikrams 26 postures and two breathing exercises to students from all nationalities and walks of life.

I have traveled all over the world. Now I am making Hanoi my home. As a Vietnamese American this is more than a business to me. I am looking forward to sharing this amazing life changing practice with you.
