If you often feel throat tightness, acid reflux, or discomfort when swallowing, check this point. Press along the inner side of your thumb from the base down toward the wrist. If it feels sore, your esophagus reflex zone may need support. Use your thumb to press and slide slowly along this line, 20–30 times each side. Don’t rush, stay longer where it feels tender.
