This Raspberry Cheesecake Protein Shake sounds delicious! Here's the recipe with some additional details:
Ingredients:
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- 1 Premier Protein Vanilla shake (30g protein)
- 1 tbsp Jell-O Cheesecake pudding mix
- ¼ cup frozen banana (optional, for creaminess)
- Ice cubes
- Fresh raspberries (for topping)
Instructions:Ingredients
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- 1 Premier Protein Vanilla shake (30g protein)
- 1 tbsp Jell-O Cheesecake pudding mix
- ¼ cup frozen banana (optional, for creaminess)
- Ice cubes
- Fresh raspberries (for topping)

pizza was a win with the Hubby
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
2 tablespoons of cream cheese, cubed
3/4 cup almond flour
1 egg
garlic powder, onion powder, and mixed herbs for seasoning *see notes
Steps
Put Mozzarella and cream cheese in a medium bowl microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave for 1 min, stir and then another 30 sec, stir.
Stir in egg and almond flour until the dough is combined.
Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet or pizza pan. Wet hands and spread the dough thin on parchment paper. It should spread evenly with dough-like consistency.
Poke rows of holes with a fork to avoid bubbles.
Put in 425-degree oven
After 8 minutes check the crust and poke holes if there are bubbles.
Add desired pizza toppings.
Continue cooking for a total of 12 to 14 minutes or until slightly brown and golden

High-Protein Blueberry Cheesecake Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 Premier Protein vanilla shake (or milk of choice)
1 tablespoon sugar-free Jello cheesecake pudding mix
½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
½ cup ice (if needed for thickness)
Instructions:
Blend everything in a high-speed blender until smooth.
Adjust consistency by adding more liquid if too thick or more ice if too thin.
Pour into a cup, optionally top with a few blueberries or crushed graham crackers.
Enjoy immediately!

Fathead dough Perfect recipe,I’ve played with so much finally I have figured it out!
3 cup mozzarella
1/4 c cream cheese
Melt together until mixed
2 eggs and 1 egg white beat together
Mix 2 1/2 cups almond flour
Then add almond flour and egg mixture to cheese mixture
1/4 olive oil and mix together with cheese mixture it will turn sticky and stringy this is the secret dust counter with carb quick and on top of dough,wet hands with water and start working the dough,I add a little more carb quick till dough is mixed well and no longer stringy let set 5 mins
Place on parchment paper and roll out little less than 1/2 in place in over for about 12-15 min till golden pull out add toppings and back in oven on rack no pan till toppings are well melted brush with butter around edges!
