Crustless pizza bowl, it’s really good!
Sorry folks I am new and to this group sorry if I didn’t post the recipe before so here it is.
I first sprayed the pan olive oil, used 3 TBSP of Rao marinara sauce since I already had a jar opened, but you could use Rao’s pizza sauce
1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and 25 pcs of pepperoni and 3 slices of green bell pepper topped it off with red peppers. According to carb manger this all was only 4 net carbs

Edited to add ingredients and more info based on questions in the coments:
2 tubes of any brand of breakfast sausage, jimmy dean or store brand and sectioned into 6 pieces per tube to form your patties.
1 dozen eggs, scrambled and divided into a sprayed non-stick muffin tin, bake at 350 until they are no longer runny (i didn't time it, sorry).
12 slices of Kraft cheese (i fold the corners so the cheese doesn't melt all over the parchment when reheated)
Assemble and wrap in parchment, then tin foil.
I freeze them and my husband will take out however many he needs for the week and put them in the fridge. He removes the tin foil and throws it in the microwave for 1 minute (the reason for the parchment)

1 cup oatmeal and 2 apples. I eat this every day for breakfast and have lost 10 kg! No flour! No sugar
Ingredients:
• 1 cup oatmeal (quick or rolled oats)
• 2 apples, grated or finely chopped
• 2 eggs
• 150g plain yogurt (about ⅔ cup)
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional but amazing!)
• Pinch of salt
• Optional: a handful of raisins, chopped nuts, or chia seeds
Instructions:
1. **Prep the apples**
Wash, peel (if preferred), and grate or finely chop the apples. Set aside.
2. **Mix it all up**
In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add the yogurt, oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until combined. Fold in the apples and any extras like raisins or nuts.
3. **Rest the batter**
Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes so the oats soak up the liquid and thicken.
4. **Bake or pan-cook**
Option 1: Pour into a greased small baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes until golden.
Option 2: Cook as pancakes or muffins if you prefer! Just portion and flip when set.
5. **Cool slightly and enjoy**
Best served warm with a spoonful of yogurt or fresh fruit on top.
Tips:
• Swap apples for pears or bananas for variation.
• Add vanilla or a touch of lemon zest for flavor twist.

Ingredients:
4 slices of ham (or your preferred deli meat)
2 slices of colby-jack cheese (or similar cheese)
2 small pickles (or pickle spears)
2 tablespoons of cream cheese (or any spreadable cheese)
Instructions:
Prepare the base: Lay the ham slices flat on a plate.
Add the cheese: Place a slice of cheese on top of each ham slice.
Place the pickle: Add a pickle spear on top of each cheese slice.
Add the spread: Spread about 1 tablespoon of cream cheese alongside the pickle on each slice.
Roll and serve: Roll each combination tightly into a wrap, securing with a toothpick if necessary. Serve immediately or chill for a snack.

5 point meal ! Potatoes 0 points. Cut up, put in air fryer 400 for 15 min. Sprinkled with Mrs.Dash no salt seasoning. Broccoli from a microwave steam bag, no seasoning ,0 points. Chicken is boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into pieces. Rolled in Italian panco bread crumbs seasoned with Mrs Dash No Salt seasoning & onion powder. The ones I had were 5 points for 3/4 cup. In the air fryer 370° 13 min. ( Your bread crumbs and air fryer may differ). The dipping sauce is fat free greek yogurt with 1tbs Sweet Baby Ray's Wing Sauce, 0 points.

Cookie Dough Fat Bombs!
8 T (1 stick) butter, softened
1/3 cup keto confectioners sugar (like Swerve)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups almond flour
2/3 cup stevia-sweetened chocolate chips (like Lily’s)
Directions:
1. Use a hand mixer to beat butter until light & fluffy.
2. Add Swerve, vanilla, & salt. Mix until combined.
3. Slowly mix in almond flour.
4. Fold in chocolate chips.
5. Cover bowl with plastic wrap & place in refrigerator to firm; approximately 15-20 minutes.
6. Form into balls.
7. Store in refrigerator for 1 week or in freezer for 1 month.
You can also use candy molds instead of rolling into balls... after they are frozen just pop into a container. Keep in the freezer & grab one when needed! YUM!
