I am studying/practising yoga in many of it's forms (pranayama, meditation, philosophy, ayurveda, mantras, hatha, ashtanga, kundalini asana, mudra & bandhas) over the last 7 years and completed my 200 hour teacher training (TTC) @ Akshi Yogashala, Rishikesh,
Uttarkhand, India which is recognised by the international Yoga Alliance. I cater to individuals and groups as well as schools and events.

💜WED: 11am-12pm Hatha style (slow/moderate pace.

🩵THURS: 10am-11am Hatha vinyasa (medium/fast pace)

🩵THURS: 6pm-7pm Hatha style (slow/moderate)

These may be subject to change depending on numbers and majority preference.

The following will take place on the grass at the MALL TRACK, Ballyshannon, therefore is weather dependent.
