Today was all about wellness! I started with a pilates class, then joined me for a strength session and shared his expertise on women's health 🙏🏻. DANCEFIT 🪩💃🏻

A fun cardio class that you can do 5k in and get 5000 steps achieved all while have fun with great people to great music!
This is my only Cardio I do in my week and I swear by it , it’s the longest running class in the area for all these reasons! 😂

When 3 of your regular fitness family members rock into class for the craic and start working out looking suspicious, 😏
and then take there jumpers off to produce this 😂😂😂
