Sprout Projects was created as a result of our own personal experience in international development where we witnessed first-hand the struggle of hard-working and highly effective civil society organisations who were unable to access adequate or large-scale funding due to a lack of capacity to 'speak the same language' or 'tick the boxes' of big funding organisations or donors. Sprout Projects specialises in helping micro, small and medium-sized cause-driven organisations with big dreams get the funding they need to reach their potential. We are a group of professional consultants with diverse skills sets including program design, donor relations, grant-writing, fundraising, project development, communications, finance and administration and data analysis consultants from diverse backgrounds but with a common vision.
We work with not-for-profit organisations, small or medium enterprises, community groups and inspired individuals. Projects big or small, our team has the expertise to bring your project to life and support you in successfully managing it.
What we do
Our goal is to help you build, fund and grow your cause-driven organisation into a sustainable and highly effective entity. You have a vision to make a difference, we have the capacity to make it happen. We do this by understanding your needs and determining with you whether you need to ignite, re-vamp, overhaul your program creating a tailored package to suit your organisation. The length of our journey together can vary depending on your organisational needs but may last between 3-12months. We offer onsite or remote support depending on your location. We also offer stand alone grant-writing, fundraising, project development, and corporate partnership engagement services.

Together, we have raised well over 200million dollars, which has been used to implement interventions across a wide variety of sectors including Water, Sanitation and Hygiene, Food Security and Livelihoods, Economic recovery, Agriculture, Cash-based Programming and Social Protection, Shelter, Education, Immigration, Female Empowerment, Community Development and more.
