Also back to posting blogs and writing after years on youtube and podcasting, why? because of AI! I'm alarmed at the assumption that Reiki is a therapy that requires a Reiki practitioners instead of a self-healing modality. When we learn Reiki we should be doing it on ourselves first! I've realised that AI is tightening the results around this false pretence, so time to add more searchable content about self-healing into the AI stratosphere! I hope all you teachers out there who agree with me will join in and change this false narrative 🤩

“Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice where a practitioner channels universal life energy through their hands”. This is true, we do channel energy through our hands. What is missing is the fact we should be doing this TO OURSELVES, and not the assumption that we need someone else to do it...
