We are a meal prep team that cooks and serve good healthy food based on your macros. Q: What is “Macros" ? A: Macros is figured out via your goal: lose fat or gain weight or lean bulking or cutting.

Q: What’s different between your team and other smart meals companies? A: First of all, we are not a service industry company. It means we cook with our passions and love. Secondly, we weigh after cooking and make sure it's correct. We don't put randomly the amount of protein and carbs. The third, we believe you deserve for what you pay. Thus, our meals are high quality, delicious and exact the amount of protein and carbs. We don't cheat weights on our clients.

Q: What kind of food do you serve?A: We serve healthy good food but stick on your diet macros, so you not only have a good food, good taste but also reach your goals!

Q: What is your prices? A: Our prices are different due to individual goal. If a person wants to cut and get lean, the amount of calories and protein they get is low, which is cheaper than a person wants to bulk and gain weights. Summary, the prices are based on the amount of protein, carbs and calories it takes. Q: How do you work? A: In the morning, we go to supermarket and buy groceries then cook at the same day. After cooking, we weigh and pack up and deliver around 20:00 - 21:00 every night. Meals are delivered in that night will be eaten in the next day. Q: What is my best level calories? A: We custom calculate your personal macros, to insure that you will hit your goal. Q: How long will it take me to reach my goal? A: Some of our clients have seen result as little as one week, while others took longer. Q: How can you calculate macros correctly? A: We can chat and talk about it or meet up!
