Our Story

You never know exactly what’s in store for you when you come to Vanuatu. This is a shot of Pam Reynolds sitting in the back of a truck with Barry Roche of Volcanic Earth (with the CEO, Linda Trenkner, also sitting in the back taking the photo). We are heading to Yasur Volcano on Tanna Island, Vanuatu. Pam was always a fiercely loyal supporter of Volcanic Earth as well as our external company auditor and a dear friend. She is pictured here with sun block plastered all over her face and neck. Little did we realize just how much volcanic ash was in the air as we got ever closer to Mount Yasur. We all began laughing as that volcanic ash descended on Pam and her layered sunblock. By the time we reached the volcano Pam’s face was covered in volcanic ash and sunblock. This hilarious experience was the birth of what was to become our Honey & Pumice Facial Exfoliant which we still use in our day spa facials as well as export around the world. So, what’s our story - it’s a story about people just like you and Pam. Be part of the rich tapestry that Vanuatu is. Leave your expectations of the western world behind and venture into a lost world full of the simple pleasures of life - family, friendship, relaxation, humour and fun.
