For those that have been missing my classes in town, I will now be resuming classes from July the 6th. A great location and then join us for a coffee and chat afterwards in the coffee area.

This fitness class will be designed to give a great overall workout to give you maximum benefits for a good cardio session. It will be low and high impact which means all levels of fitness, even beginners will be able to join in. The combo class will be low impact with the ability for those that are fitter to do the movements in high impact working around 145 bpm. Class format will consist of a circuit style class including aerobic interval, cross fit, shadow boxing and much more.

Pilates is a class designed to help you to improve your overall strength, toning, flexibility and mobilization. It is all about concentrating, controlling and working with the consistency within a move. A mat floor workout approach will have you feeling energized after you have completed your class. You have the option of no equipment or resistance tools such as, training balls, fitness circles and or flex bands for an extra workout. Classes are for all levels of fitness and can be modified to meet your needs.
