U.S. Tariff Update for U.S. Customers
We know some customers have questions about the temporary 15% tariff charge on U.S. orders, so here is a quick update.
Tariffs are still being applied at the U.S. border. To help reduce customs delays, returns, and unexpected delivery fees, we collect 15% tariff fee upfront at checkout through our logistics partner, Zonos.
This 15% charge is not profit for Inhouse Pharmacy. It helps cover current border-related tariff costs, and we are still absorbing part of the impact ourselves.
We are monitoring updates closely and will review this charge as soon as there is confirmed tariff relief.
