Weโ€™re pleased to announce that operations have returned to normal, and customers have already begun receiving their orders.

๐Ÿ“ฆ If you havenโ€™t yet received your parcel or seen tracking updates, please donโ€™t be alarmed. Weโ€™ve been working through a significant backlog of orders dating back to 14 August, with four planes departing this week alone to help us catch up.

On average, parcels take about five days to reach the U.S. after leaving our postal agent, tracking information only updates once your parcel clears customs.

๐Ÿšจ ATTENTION U.S. CUSTOMERS: Update โ€“ 8th October 2025 ๐Ÿšจ

โœˆ๏ธ Weโ€™re pleased to confirm that shipping to the United States has resumed smoothly.Parcels are now arriving at JFK Airport and being processed by U.S. Customs.

๐Ÿ“ฆ We can also confirm that some parcels have already cleared customs and are being delivered to customers.

Please note that weโ€™ve experienced a short delay in implementing the 15% additional fee for U.S. orders at checkout. This feature is expected to become operational in the coming days.
In the meantime, we are fully absorbing this additional cost to avoid any disruption for our customers.

๐Ÿšจ ATTENTION U.S. CUSTOMERS: 2nd Update โ€“ 3rd October 2025 ๐Ÿšจ

๐Ÿ“ฆ We are pleased to confirm that shipping to the United States will resume tomorrow, 4th October.
Qantas has given us the green light, and our postal agent is now coordinating with both Qantas and Zonos to begin dispatches on Saturday 4th, Monday 6th, and Wednesday 8th October.

Please note that while shipping is resuming, transit times remain outside our control, and with the significant backlog of parcels entering the U.S., some delays are expected.

As part of these changes, a 15% additional fee is now applied at checkout for all U.S. orders to help cover a portion of the newly imposed tariff costs.

โœ… We are very pleased to share that shipping is expected to resume within the next 24 hours. Qantas has advised us they are in the final stages of updating their systems, which will allow our parcels to be uplifted and shipments to the U.S. to resume.

๐Ÿ“ฆ A flight is scheduled for tomorrow, 4th October, and we are hopeful parcels will be uplifted then. If this flight is missed, the next available opportunity will be Wednesday, 8th October. Please note that once shipping resumes, transit times remain outside of our control, and with the significant backlog of parcels entering the U.S., we anticipate some delays.

As part of these changes, going forward a 15% additional fee is now applied at checkout for all U.S. orders to help cover a portion of the increased tariff costs.

๐Ÿšจ ATTENTION U.S CUSTOMERS: Update 25th September 2025 ๐Ÿšจ

We regret to inform you that shipping to the U.S. has not yet resumed. We completely understand how frustrating this is, and we want to be as transparent as possible about the situation.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Earlier this week, the U.S. government introduced another round of tariff and duty changes on imported parcels. These changes came with very short notice and directly affect how shipments are processed. As a result, we have had to re-negotiate arrangements with airlines, customs brokers, and postal partners to ensure compliance.

โœ… We are ready to begin shipping immediately once the final agreements are signed. Qantas Airlines has confirmed they are prepared to uplift our mail, pending completion of liability contracts by their legal team. This is the final administrative step before we can restart shipments. Based on current progress, we expect U.S. shipping to resume before the end of this month.

โš ๏ธ Unfortunately, due to the higher tariffs and processing fees, we can no longer absorb the full cost as originally planned. Going forward, a 15% surcharge will apply to all U.S. parcels (after discounts) to help cover a portion of these additional charges.

๐Ÿ—“๏ธ Any orders placed on or before Thursday the 2nd of October will ship at no extra cost. We will honor those purchases in full.

๐Ÿšจ ATTENTION U.S. CUSTOMERS: Update 10 September 2025 ๐Ÿšจ

๐Ÿ“ฆ Shipping to the U.S. has not yet resumed. We are awaiting final confirmation from Qantas Airwaysโ€™ legal team that it is safe to uplift parcels to the U.S.

This delay is affecting all international shipments into the U.S. until airlines and postal services receive legal clearance. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control.

โœˆ๏ธ Australia Post, who work in partnership with Qantas for international freight, has announced it expects to resume U.S. services by 25 September. On this basis, we remain confident that parcels will be uplifted within September and possibly within the coming days.

โœ… Orders can still be placed as usual. Our team will pack your items and dispatch them to our postal agent, where they will be securely held until Qantas resumes services.

Due to the global postal suspension (resulting from new tariffs being imposed by the U.S.), all shipments to the United States are currently on hold. We are actively working with postal services to find a resolution and will provide updates as soon as we have a clear path forward.

Due to the end of the U.S. โ€œDe Minimis Exemptionโ€ effective August 29, 2025, all shipments of goods to the United States are temporarily suspended.

This is a worldwide issue affecting many international postal services, not just our company. We are actively working to adapt to the new U.S. customs and tariff requirements and will resume shipments as soon as possible.
