Polarity Yoga Stretches & Exercises aims:
• to remove energy blocks. These will serve to activate & balance the currents of the body, recharge the body’s batteries, keep the body in good function condition, activate the polarity fields for improved current flow – resulting in increased vitality, health & wellbeing.
• to join & balance the elemental functions of the 5 elements with the breath of life – balancing the above (subtle causal patters of the mind & sound current energy with below (the gross elements of solids & liquids in the structural frame) – Balancing Action & Function with Being.
The objective is the release of subtle energy tension field & stress blocks.
