Today is the World Mental Health Day. This year’s official theme is : ‘It is Time to Prioritize Mental Health in the Workplace’. This theme underscores the critical importance of mental health in professional settings. We see so many patients around the world with high level of stress linked to work, sometimes leading to Burn Out.
Please do not hesitate to go to a health provider if you feel overwhelmed by negative thoughts.

On a more personal note, I am happy to share the new song "Burn Out" of our lovely local artists Groovy Banana. As they say : “Burn Out” is a joyful song about depression, to raise awareness about mental health while sending good healing vibes (it's also a way to highlight that even if people seem happy, they can feel ungrounded and depressed) ✨
