We got it done! :)

Today's class was filled with information... encouragement and lots of laughs!

Our BnB team will have a tight schedule this weekend but we gotta get the job done!

Please confirm your attendance or feel free to register for the first time with us if you so desire :)

2. Our BnB Team will promptly confirm your interest and we then send you our "Information Leaflet"
3. You confirm your place or rebook for the next round of classes
4. You attend and we have fun at Class!

This Class will be particuarly useful for our Mums and Dads who are almost due/close to their due date.

Class #2 DONE ✅✅

It is a busy weekend so a few of our participants had to miss today...
But the great thing about Antenatal Classes is, if we have 7 or 8 or even 1 or 2 - the show must go on! ;)

Some babies are due soon so we have to keep going 😂

Today's discussion and practical lesson was on signs and symptoms of labour, stages of labour and what actually goes on when our mighty mommas are contracting and awaiting the arrival of their babies in the labor ward...

Even if you have had babies before - everyone can benefit from a refresher course...
Information = power
Information = peace of mind

Thank you again MY Fitness Studio for our venue and awesome space!

Thank you also to JP's Gym for allowing us to borrow extra Swiss Balls each Saturday (we are getting our own we promise haha)... We appreciate it!

And well done Natasha and Titilia for being absolute troopers today.

We have launched our Antenatal Classes!

We are now taking Bookings/Reggo for our first class this coming Saturday!

Please send us a message via the page or you can call on 7590593.

Once registered - our Team will send through your Class Schedule (there are 4 classes per course) and answer any other enquiries you may have.

Fees per Class:

$50 tala for x 2 people attending
$30 tala x 1 person attending

We encourage that you bring someone as a support person - anyone you are comfortable with if your husband/partner isn't available... a friend, sister, sibling, neighbour, mother :)

If you decide to attend on your own - not to worry!
Our Team will ensure everyone has a great time :)
