Even behind the brightest smile,
Someone may have been struggling for a while.
It's best not to assume someone is OK,
Check in anyway.

Not all plants need the same amount of sun or water annnnnnd guess what? Neither do people.
We all grow differently. We all bloom at our own pace.

Recognizing Burnout: Are You Experiencing These Warning Signs?

Burnout is more than just feeling tired—it’s a state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion caused by prolonged stress. Some key warning signs to watch for include:

Feeling tired and unmotivated, yet struggling to rest or sleep.

A burst of energy and productivity, often followed by a major “crash.”

Finding even fun activities starting to feel like stressful obligations.

Becoming irritable or snapping at loved ones over small things.

Making careless mistakes more often.

Experiencing compassion fatigue, struggling to tap into feelings of empathy or care.

Getting stuck in “freeze mode,” mindlessly scrolling or zoning out.

Constant procrastination, paired with overwhelm and stress.

If any of these resonate with you, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it alone either.

Learning to understand and process your emotions can be the first step to healing and finding balance again. That’s why I created Emotions 101, a transformational program designed to help you reconnect with your emotional well-being, at a pace and price that feels accessible for you.

đź–¤ Pay-What-You-Can Enrollment Is Open Now - I offer this once per year!
