Take Vai-esi and Panadol/Paracetamol if you know you have dengue fever, if you start to vomit then take Oral rehydration salt or Powerade/Gatorade/Niu together with your vai-esi and panadol/paracetamol.

Heed advises by Ministry of Health Samoa on how to prevent dengue.
