So much fun we had for our Christmas function, Mosi organized some fun games for 3 x teams of 6, for the teams to win money. We also had our "EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR, 1/4, MONTH and WEEK prizes, winners were FILI - EMPLOYEE of the YEAR = $1000 tala, EMPLOYEE of the 1/4 - Hana, $150.00 tala,, month - Otara, $50.00 tala and EMPLOYEE of the week, Chris!!!! Mosi and I are truly THANKFUL to FILI, for ANOTHER outstanding year, never ever complains, just does as I ask, and is the most loyal employee I have ever managed, in 23 years of management, to Hana for her support of Moss and I and to ALL rest of our small TEAM of 17, THANK YOU!!! Thank you to Mosi and Fred for supporting and trusting me to run our business!!!! Mosi, Fred and I are truly thankful to our TEAM, HAPPY NEW YEAR to EVERYONE!!!! WE do make the best quality nonu/noni juice in the WORLD, BAR NONE, because of our TEAM!!!!

We have been extremely busy over the last year, much needed upgrades in presses, forklifts, pasteurizer, tanks, trucks, etc and today at 6.00pm, TEAM NONU SAMOA, got our much needed diesel generator unloaded and into place!!! TOTAL TEAMWORK ALL THE WAYY!!! MALO LAVA FA'A MALOSI to my TEAM no need for cranes, just forks and many hands!!!! GREAT DAY we ALL had today,

Another HOT day out collecting today, we collected over 20,000kgs, Faith and Lio are on school holidays, and they have been helping us, look at the result on the way home, OUT TO IT, ASLEEP!!! LOL Thanks you 2, more money earned for your holiday in the USA!!!!

Another great day out collecting, when we got back we had Faith up on the truck helping unload the nonu for cleaning and sorting prior to being put in the tanks, after she spent the day on the back of my truck helping give the barrels back to the staff once emptied. Her bro Lio was on the big truck doing the same. Thanks Faith and Lio,

Our new collection truck arrived today!!! high sides perfect for nonu collection!!! Also 15 x 6000 liter tanks for "maturation" of the fruit!!!!! we are rocking!!!

I had great joy today picking up our new replacement PASTEURIZER and COOLING unit from the shipping company. It has had a 2 1/2 month trip from Austria to our shores, and is a one of a kind and first of its type, made specifically for us here in the pacific islands.
It is being installed tomorrow and we will start using it this week after extensive trials and training.
We STILL have customers who require "TRADITIONAL" pasteurizing and will continue to fulfill their requirements.
Have purchased more 6000 liter tanks for maturing, more bins for holding and drying nonu after cleaning, lots of more hard work ahead!!!!! YEAH,
