ABOUT ME
I am a therapeutic counsellor working with a person centred approach helping clients with a range of different issues. I am a registered member with the BACP and work within their ethical guidelines to ensure a safe confidential service. I work with a non judgmental approach, counselling can be daunting for some, asking for help is the first step. Issues that occur in our lives can have a major impact on our health, wellbeing and futures and damage or hinder relationships in all aspects of our lives. Each individual's needs and goals will vary, I provide a safe place to explore and challenge and to learn new skills to cope with whichever issues may arise.

Sessions begin with an initial meeting to assess goals and expectations of the sessions and contract, we will then meet weekly for the first 6 sessions each lasting 1hour and then reevaluate goals and areas that need more support. I’ve helped my clients break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back in life. Life's too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled.
