I’m so excited about this journey, may you be experiencing that internal change❣️

A Reminder: Homework and writing out by hand implants the information more deeply into your mind and subconscious.

Second Reminder:The purpose of these exercises is to make what is unconscious conscious. Then and only then is change workable or doable.

List your first fear and write a letter to this fear and ask your fear what it is you are to learn from this fear? What do I need to do to move past this fear?

Thank the fear for the lessons you have learned from your fear.

Repeat this process for all of your identified fears.

Now post on this thread what you learned.
