“Join me for this empowering day of Reiki Healing. Level 1 is all about self healing and the beginning of YOUR reiki journey. During the day you will recieve attunements to the Reiki energy.
A sacred practice and process. We discuss the history and origin of The Reiki Healing Stystem, start to explore the Chakra System in more detail, introducing to the 3 pillars of reiki as well as the 5 principles.
You will learn hand positions for self healing and recieve the guided meditation, as well as beginning to understand how to treat loved ones, plants, animals etc

At the end of the day you will recieve your Reiki Level 1 cerificate, gift and manual.
I am a qualified Reiki Master and Teacher as well as a full time practioner. Reiki underpins everything that I do and all that I am. I keep the circles very small. So limited spaces.
