We hope everyone is ready for a well-deserved break! V7 will be closed Saturday, August 30th through Monday, September 1st for the holiday weekend.

Take this time to rest, recharge, and enjoy some sunshine with family & friends. Whether you’re out camping, barbecuing, or just kicking back, we wish all our members an amazing holiday!

We’ll be back and ready to hit the mats on Tuesday, September 2nd—so come back refreshed and fired up for training 🔥👊.

Starting August 19th, 2025, join us every Tues/Thur from 7:30-8:30 PM for our new Takedown classes!

Whether you're looking to improve your takedowns as a BJJ or MMA practitioner, build speed, strength, and endurance, or stay sharp in the wrestling off-season, these classes are for YOU!

We're excited to have Coach Colton Peterson leading the way! With years of wrestling experience and as head coach of Pullman High School wrestling team, he's ready to help you level up your takedown game on the mats!
