Some recent clients wins 👍

Everyone deserves to feel good.

Everyone deserves to have a chance at optimal health at any age.

One was able to have two successful months of no painful periods and stable hormonal balance.

The other was a boy who was chronically constipated and was told that he would have to eat Low Fodmap for the rest of his life. This felt restrictive and wasn’t fixing the issue. Which thankfully, didn’t end up happening when we found the root of his gut pain and inflammation.

There is so much we can do to heal from the inside out.

So much hope!

I love these stories. They make my heart burst.

Starters-

French-Italian- Bruschetta Duo
🧅 French Onion Savory-Sweet: Deeply caramelized onions and oven-roasted grapes on a toasted crostino, enriched with beef broth reduction and fresh herbs.
🍑 Italian Peach, Tomato & Basil—A vibrant medley of fresh peaches, heirloom tomatoes, fresh basil, and garlic, finished with a silky balsamic reduction, atop a toasted crostino.

Salads & Refined Plates -
🦆 Euro-Asian Fusion- Roasted Duck Summer Salad: Savor a rich tapestry of seasonal flavors with tender roasted duck, interwoven with dried apricots, roasted sweet potatoes, heirloom carrots, pickled golden and red beets, bitter radicchio, golden raisins, dried cranberries, and a delightful crunch from candied walnuts, pepitas and vibrant pomegranate seeds. Finished with fresh parsley, a kiss of orange zest, drizzled with a luscious plum vinaigrette—an elegant harmony of texture and taste.

🍜 Thailand- Thai Red Curry Noodles with Artisan Pork and Shrimp Meatballs: Indulge in our succulent pork and shrimp meatballs, perfectly seasoned and in a fragrant coconut red curry sauce, which is married with seasonal vegetables and delicate rice noodles. This Southeast Asian inspired dish offers a delightful fusion of comfort and complexity.
🐓 Peru- Pollo a la Brasa: Peruvian marinated and roasted chicken thigh topped with a vibrant aji verde and piquant salsa criolla with a side of seasoned and oven-roasted rutabaga—each bite a tribute to the soul of South American cuisine.

🥭 France Coconut Cake with Mango Coulis: Featuring a sumptuous coconut cake topped with a vibrant, tropical Mango Coulis—pure sunshine on a plate- a sweet finale

Enjoy the acoustic sounds of Sherry Lynn playing folk, pop and country covers from the 70s to today. Sherry loves exploring the music of artists that have inspired her over a lifetime, like Fleetwood Mac, The Eagles, Bonnie Raitt, Carole King, Alison Krauss and the Chicks. Guitar and ukulele accompany a sweet and expressive voice in a variety of styles.

I love being able to come together as a Gluten Free community - and we get to do it 2x’s this week with the Summer Soirée wine 🍷 dinner on Wednesday and the GF Bash on Friday from 11-2pm. Both at .ec in downtown EC!
