Tried a new trail today and omg… this one was NO joke 😅
Almost 3,000 stairs, 1,600 ft elevation, and I’d give it a 7.5/10 on the “my legs are shaking” scale lol.

Found it on and just went for it. Definitely pushed me, but the views + fresh air made it so worth it.

Not a dietitian “caught eating a donut” 🍩😂

I know I might get a little hate for this, but here’s the truth: I don’t believe in diets. I believe in mindful eating — nourishing your body with balanced meals most of the time, while still enjoying the little things that make life sweet.
Because food isn’t just fuel… it’s also joy, memories, and connection.

So yes, I ate the donut # And I loved every bite.
No guilt. No drama. Just balance.

A cozy, flavorful soup that’s super easy and so satisfying.

Ingredients
-1 lb ground beef
-Sliced sausage
-1–2 potatoes, diced
-Matchstick carrots
- 1small onion, chopped
- 3 jalapeños (optional)
-1 corn on the cob (cut in half)
-1–2 tsp bouillon (or 1 cube)
-Water or broth
-Pepper, garlic, herbs

Instructions
1. Brown the ground beef in a pot.
2. Add sliced sausage and sauté.
3. Add onions, carrots, and potatoes.
4. Pour in water or broth to cover.
5. Stir in bouillon for rich flavor.
6. Add the corn and simmer until veggies are tender.
Adjust seasoning & enjoy!

Just opened my first box from
