The bottom line is if you want to lose weight to become healthy, then you have to lose weight.

It does not make you self-centered.

Weight loss can seem complicated and emotional.

Weight loss for health should not be this way, and reaching the right body weight for you should actually be an enjoyable, positive process.

The secret is to begin with some simple changes to the way you think of weight loss, your lifestyle, and your food in general.

Eating too much sugar is really bad for your health. 🤷

It has been linked to an increased risk of many diseases. Many people are now trying to minimize their sugar intake, but it’s easy to underestimate how much you’re actually consuming.

One of the reasons is that many foods contain hidden sugars, including some foods that you wouldn’t even consider to be sweet. 😲

Benefits of eating meal on Time➡️

❇️ Can minimize cravings because you will energize and fuel your body with your main meals and snacks
❇️ Better concentration and focus throughout the day. Also with a regular routine with your meal times your body will adapt to this and you will feel hungry at those times.
❇️ Regulates our body cycle
❇️ Boosts metabolism

Breakfast: Eat breakfast within two hours of getting up.The sooner you eat your breakfast after getting up, the better it is for your metabolism and overall health
�Lunch: Our digestive power is the strongest between 12 pm to 2 pm. At this time, the body is able to digest the highly nutritious meal and absorb all the nutrients properly

Dinner: Eat dinner least by 7:30 pm maintaining a gap of 4 hours between lunch and dinner time. There should also be a gap of 4 hours between your bedtime and dinner. This gap helps in better digestion and in getting a good night's sleep

One protein. One vegetable.

The reason why we mono eat on the program is to take the load off the digestive system.

Different enzymes are needed to break down carbohydrates, proteins, fats and sugars.

If there are too many food groups at the one time the acids from the food can cancel out the enzymes, causing food to ferment or not become digested properly.

Undigested food can lead to gastrointestinal issues.
