MI Mantra Yoga MI Mantra's goal is to create a community of yoga teachers and students focused on giving back to their community through the practice of yoga. What's a mantra?

Our objectives:
To provide a resource to individuals and groups who want to give back to their community through yoga (i.e. bring yoga to groups as a community class or as a fundraiser for local charities). To create a positive energy in our community. To give back to our community through the service of Karma yoga. MI Mantra was founded by Jessie Jimenez-Schlicht (Jessie Marie). A yoga alliance certified 200 hr yoga instructor. She received her RYT 200 through Citizen Yoga in Royal Oak, Michigan in March of 2017. Her training is alignment based, Vinyasa with it's roots in Ashtanga yoga. When not practicing yoga (both Vinyasa and Bikram), Jessie is a full-time fundraiser with a national non-profit, overseeing fundraisers in Metro-Detroit and beyond. She also enjoys cycling, and has a deep love of Michigan craft beer, wine and bourbon. Great question. man·tra
