Sleep Clinic @ Butterfly Effect Wellbeing

There’s a moment - just before sleep - where the whole world feels still.
The thoughts quieten. The body softens. And everything inside says:

Maybe the mind keeps looping.
Maybe the body’s too wired.
Or maybe it’s been so long since sleep came naturally, you’ve forgotten what that moment even feels like.

That’s why we created the Sleep Clinic.

It isn’t therapy.
You won’t be asked to speak or share.
You simply lie down on a mat and let your system be gently guided into calm.

Soft music. A peaceful room.
And an hour-long session designed to help your brain remember how to rest - deeply and naturally.
