I’ve been very quiet in the healing space this year. I’ve been preparing for a change of scenery. A week from now our “Middle Aged Gap Year” starts, living out of a suitcase for a year and travelling to destinations unknown. 🌏 It’s been a dream of mine forever and supported by my partner. As we draw nearer to departure date, I’m nervous and wondering if I’ve made the right decision but too late to back out now. I’ll be posting here random pics and thoughts on the experience (authentically and honestly). It’s a side step from healing work per se, but still very focused around the flow of energy in different spaces and places. 🌈🌏🌟

This is my backyard and this spot under the blackberry tree was the perfect location for a healing session today. The setup was simple ~ not a lot is needed when working in nature! My client loved the bird song, the sunlight and the gentle breeze that helped to shift some energy blocks. ☀️🍃✨

I'm excited to announce that I am now a qualified Holistic Empowerment Coach!! I've been busy behind the scenes this year learning, expanding and growing. It feels good to be able to offer a more expansive support practice, combining energetic healing with holistic empowerment coaching and over twenty years of education and events experience.

I'll be offering an online coaching service as well as interactive and engaging presentations and programs. I'm also adding the finishing touches to my website and will be rebranding.

Earth Star Energy Healing page and Instagram will remain but there will be more on offer in the near future....

Is finding your Life Purpose the most powerful question to ask yourself? It appears to be a finite concept that places us under pressure to find our talents and gifts swiftly so that we can ultimately be happy in our daily life.
So let's not be placed under any sort of pressure. Let's rewrite/redesign that belief. Let's choose to do something with our time that is important in that moment which will lead to new discoveries and possibilities of things we could never have imagined. What gets in the way, is the way!

I was reminded this week that many of us focus on letting go of what no longer works for us before we can allow new opportunities into our lives.

And this can work wonders for us!
But there is another way!

We can allow new opportunities into our lives first and then what no longer works for us will naturally fall away all by itself (or it might take a gentle push from you to shift it out of your life)!

This second notion is about “letting in” instead of “letting go.” 🤩❤️
