I am a strong believer that Love is the answer to everything. You may have heard the saying “choose Love”. Well, what does that mean exactly? Choosing love is a way of life. It entails training your mind to always look for the good in life’s many twists and turns. One of the most empowering tools that I use in my classes and mentorship programs is that our Thinking determines the quality of our lives. The quality of our thoughts is key in our happiness. Change your thoughts; Change your life! It works!
I use a combination of my own life experiences, Reiki, and intuitive guidance when working with clients. I use empathy, compassion, and love. My goal is to help thrust each individual forward into a more joyful way of living and provide tools to help maintain this way of life. I currently offer Reiki healing and certification classes in downtown Hot Springs and Hot Springs Village. I also offer private sessions and mentoring in your home.
I use crystals, sound therapy, and light language in my healing practice. I am also a visual artist. There is so much Joy and magic to be had in this life. Reach out.
