This 90 minute Sacred Dance Ceremony is a one off, intimate offering
A space to close the year in devotion, movement and feminine embodiment

To move through what the mind cannot name
To shake off what has grown heavy
To honour all that this year has held
The ache, the beauty, the growth, the shedding
And to return to yourself with softness, rhythm and breath

You will be gently guided through:

𓆸 Sacred Dance — a blend of somatic movement, Middle Eastern dance, feminine embodiment and womb connection
𓆸 Breathwork to awaken life force and clear emotional residue
𓆸 Somatic expression to move energy, tension and emotion through the body

There is a quiet shift that happens when you stop waiting.
To know more. Learn more. Earn someone else’s permission to finally claim what’s already yours.
When you let yourself fully, truly own the vastness of your embodied wisdom.
The inner power that’s rooted into the earth.
That’s woven into your spirit, your essence, your own deep well of wisdom.
I’ve hired mentors and coaches.
I’ve done the courses, the workshops, the certifications.
I’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, studied the maps others have drawn.
But my true inner power?
The one that taps into something ancient, that guides and holds space for others to heal and transform?
That didn’t come from a coach or a course or a book.
That came from the wisdom that lives in my bones.
From the initiations forged in my soul.
From the endless death and rebirth cycles that cracked me wide open, left me shattered on the floor.
And somehow, I stitched myself back together.
Piece by piece.

This year, I felt the depth of my fire.
The one awakened when my body became a portal, when I birthed life and was birthed anew myself.
In the descent into my womb.
In my devotion to Her, the Great Mother, the womb of creation itself.
This year, I was a woman reborn.
And I have tasted her potency.
Now, I no longer downplay what I know in the depth of my being, I was put here to do.

I don’t say this because I have it all figured out, or know better than others.
I’m still learning.
The path keeps unfolding,
And I am forever a student in this life.
But I have touched a deeper layer within myself.
One I wasn’t sure I had permission to claim.
And now I’m done questioning whether I’m ready.
This work is potent.
And I am ready to be seen in the fullness of what I carry.
The more I lean into this work — womb awakening, feminine remembrance, sacred embodiment, ancestral reclamation — the more I realise it’s not something I do.
It’s something I am.

I am here in service to Her.
To you.
To my ancestors.
To this sacred path.
And I’m finally ready to walk it fully seen.

After the long slumber of winter, she begins to rise, gently, powerfully, in rhythm with the turning of the earth.

Rise & Bloom is a sacred spring circle for women ready to honour the changing season, both around them and deep within. Rooted in ritual, movement, and feminine remembrance, this gathering is a celebration of rebirth, reclamation, and the awakening of what is ready to rise.

Together, we come not just as women, but as sisters.As women returning to the ancient ways of gathering. We sit side by side, create beauty, witness one another, and remember that healing doesn’t have to happen alone.

In this circle, we will:
🌸 Reclaim our bodies through sacred dance and somatic expression
🌸 Drop into presence with breathwork, meditation, and guided visualisation
🌸 Honour the Spring Equinox and the spirit of Ostara, the goddess of renewal and balance
🌸 Create flower crowns in ceremony, adorning ourselves as the blooming beings we were born to be

A Women's Circle to Rise, Rebirth, and Remember

This is a reintroduction,
A soft unfurling,
A sacred return.

I am still Coco, she has held my wildness, my expression, my fire.
But beneath her has always lived Karina.
The name whispered by my ancestors.
The name etched into my bones and written in the stars.
The name I now reclaim as the truest essence of who I am becoming.

Karina is the woman rising through me now.
The one who has walked through the fire of birth,
who has let motherhood dissolve everything she once knew,
Who has emerged more rooted, more reverent, more real.

I have lived many lives in this body, danced through cycles of death and rebirth, loss and remembering.
Like a serpent shedding her skin, I no longer fit inside the versions of myself I once clung to.

And from this fertile shedding, a new rhythm is rising.

Sacred Feminine Rhythms is a sanctuary of remembrance,
A space where the womb becomes oracle,
Where movement becomes medicine,
Where the feminine is not just honoured, but embodied and lived.

I am in a season of devotion.
A season of deep listening.
Of weaving all the threads of my journey into something fuller, wiser, more sacred.

Soon, I will begin new layers of study and training to deepen my service to the feminine.
To refine how I hold space, how I guide, how I initiate.
To honour the ancient lineages that move through me.
To offer you the most powerful, integrated version of this work I have ever held.

It’s time I reintroduce Sacred Dance,
not just as a class or a practice,
but as a living, breathing piece of my soul,
a remembering woven through my bloodline,
a reclamation rooted in movement, mysticism, and the sacred feminine.

I grew up watching my mother dance.
She opened our dance studio when I was still young,
a sanctuary for women,
a place where women came to move, to laugh, to cry, to feel.
Eventually, I began supporting her in running it, teaching, holding space, and witnessing the profound transformations that unfolded when women returned to their bodies.

That studio was my first temple,
and it was there that the goddess began to whisper to me.

I started teaching professionally at 14,
but the real initiation came through witnessing what happened
when a woman moved without shame, without fear, without apology.
It cracked something open in me.
It awakened me to the deep, wild, mystical path of the feminine.

And I followed it, obsessively,
through Middle Eastern dance, through embodiment, through womb work, through mysticism and spiritual study rooted in the ancient traditions of my lineage.

Three years ago, I birthed Sacred Dance,
a modality that threads together everything I carry.
Middle Eastern bellydance, breathwork, somatics, womb wisdom, and feminine embodiment,
not just for movement,
but for awakening.

This is more than technique.
It’s an inheritance,
a transmission,
a return to the sacredness of our hips, our hearts, our heritage.

It runs through my lineage,
through the mysticism, sensuality, and spiritual depth of the Middle East,
through the memory of the women who danced before me,
through the unseen line of feminine wisdom that lives in our hips, our wombs, our breath.

Sacred Dance is evolving again, just as I am.
She’s rising in a new form,
and I can’t wait to share what’s coming.

Social media sold you a version of the feminine that is polished, packaged, and performative, a carefully curated aesthetic of flowing dresses, soft voices, and effortless allure. But this, too, is conditioning. Another mould to fit into. Another image to perfect.

The Sacred Feminine is not here to refine you, to soften you into something more palatable, or to make you more ‘magnetic.’ She is here to break you free.

She is not a look, not a trend, not something you can master through mindset shifts or morning rituals. She is the force that strips away every illusion, every story you’ve been told about what it means to be a woman. She does not ask you to shrink, to conform, to whisper instead of roar. She does not live in carefully constructed aesthetics, she lives in the raw, the real, the untamed.

She is not an idea to be grasped, but an ancient current to be lived. She is the pulse beneath your skin, the knowing in your womb, the fire in your belly that refuses to be silenced. You cannot intellectualise your way into her. No course, no framework, no checklist can lead you there.

She is always waiting, just beneath the noise of conditioning, ready to rise through your body, your breath, your devotion. To meet her is to descend into your own depths, to strip away the conditioning layer by layer, to remember the truth of who you were before the world told you who to be.

To embody her is not to adopt an image, but to surrender into your essence, wild, raw, untamed, and whole.

You do not ‘become’ the Sacred Feminine. You remember her. And in that remembrance, she awakens in you, not as something new, but as something that has always been waiting beneath the layers of conditioning to set you free.
