👉Define outcomes & KPIs
Include targets like consult-to-book rate, retention, monthly revenue, or patient satisfaction scores. This means, evaluations and coaching are objective.
👉Be clear about schedule & pay structure
State hours, weekend/on-call expectations, base pay + commission structure, and benefits.
👉Outline the hiring process
Share interview steps, timeline, who they’ll meet, and when to expect follow-up.
