Today I’d like to tell you a little story:
Imagine you are a little child and the weather outside is cold and stormy. You’re at home with your parents and some friends running around. You love them, but long for a special place away from it all - your room just won’t do, because it’s way too messy. You look around you, grab some blankets, pillows, your favourite toys - whatever you need to build your snuggly kingdom beneath the table.
Here in Australia it’s a “blanket fort”, in Germany, we call it “Bude” ( pronounciated like boo-duh, the e and the end like an e when you hear a warm welcome ).
This is your place to JUST BE, a studio, where the love of yoga is shared, where everyone is welcome, where the sense of community is more important than anything else
