I thoroughly enjoyed collaboration with these wellness warriors at women's day retreat! I led a Chakra Cleanse with Crystal Singing Bowls session. I thoroughly enjoyed the educational talks led by (the gut goddess!) and (life coach!). Tara curated such a lovely retreat, and she also led us in an invigorating fitness class!

The next retreat by Tara (STRESS LESS AND RISE HIGHER) will be Sunday October 5th in Oak Lawn, Dallas. DM me if you'd like to join, and I'll give you a discount code!

Hannah here! I've taught yoga and meditation since 2013 (E-RYT 500). I'm also a Recreation Therapist (CTRS), a Certified Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercise (TRE) provider, and a sound bath practitioner!

Great news! We've added a weekly Restorative Yoga class every Tuesday 6:45-7:45pm!!

Restorative yoga is a restful practice involving passive poses supported by various combinations of blankets, bolsters, and blocks. This no movement, no effort yoga opens up the body and helps to heal the effects of chronic stress while you relax and sink into each pose.

Restorative yoga has a rejuvenating, restful and healing effect, leaving the body completely renewed. It is focused on healing, repairing the muscles, and quieting the mind.

This class is $15 for non-members and is included in the monthly membership. Please sign up through our website.

It was an honor to serve such an amazing group of souls at our Kava Ceremony, Meditation, and Sound Bath Workshop yesterday!! Big shout out to for providing the amazing Kava! The sacred drink provided a calming magic that melted away our stress and connected our hearts at our peaceful ceremony 🙏💖✨.
