Thank you Deborah King, I agree, we women need to understand and heal our deepest wounds passed on through generations of subordination and abuse. My healing journey is inspired by Deborah King, Louise Hay, Oprah Winfrey and, Marianne Williamson, to name a few of the many empowered women on this planet who have healed their wounds from abuse, and have brought forth their wisdom in service to help others heal their lives. As I followed their testimonies of forgiveness and healing at many levels of their lives, I began to allow the voice of the Divine Feminine through these emmesarries of love and healing to soak in and melt away the harshness of abuse in my thoughts of myself and others. I continue to be aware of the old patterning of self hatred in thoughts of unworthiness and inadequacies and overcome these destructive inner critics, by using affirmations of self-acceptance, self- forgiveness, self-compassion, and self-respect. Live in the present moment, listen within, listen to your body's needs, love yourself and take full responsibility for the quality of your life. When you clear away the old stagnant emotional blocks from all discord and traumas in your life, you reveal the authentic beauty of who you really are, and you become a testament of your ability to heal and change your life. You then radiate out into the world a light that brings hope and healing for others. Spontaneous miracles begin to happen beyond your wildest dreams.
An inspiring male spiritual teacher's affirmation of trust and faith in the highest good, also supports the healing of my fears and doubts:

"We need women at all levels, including the top, to change the dynamic, reshape the conversation, to make sure women's voices are heard and heeded, not overlooked and ignored." -Sheryl Sandberg
